$ a day or two, not an hour — and we say so

Getting help

How to reach us#

One address, read by the person who wrote the code.

There is no ticket system and no support tier. Write to the address in the footer and it goes to the person who built the thing you are writing about.

We are one desk, so a reply takes a day or two rather than an hour. Saying that here is better than a widget promising otherwise.

What to include#

Four lines that turn a bug report into a fix instead of a conversation.

  • What you did, and what happened instead
  • Which screen it happened on
  • Your browser, and whether an AI model is connected
  • The error text, if one appeared — a screenshot of it is fine

you don't need to send us a journal export

A description and a screenshot are enough to work on a bug. An export holds all your trades, and no support request needs it.

What we cannot help with#

Account recovery, trading questions, and anything that happens inside your broker.

  • Whether a trade was a good idea. The software measures your results; it does not have an opinion about them.
  • Your broker's or prop firm's decisions, including a rule breach their dashboard reports and ours also shows.

Where our number and your firm's number disagree, theirs is the one that pays you. Send us the difference anyway — a mismatch is a bug in our rule set and worth fixing.

the honest version

One person answers, so it takes a day and not a minute.

A widget promising an instant reply is a promise about staffing we do not have. The trade is deliberate: slower answers, from someone who can change the code that caused the problem.
