You see how much you can still lose before the trade.

The firm's dashboard reports a breach once the account is gone. Prop guard reads your program's rules against the open account and shows the room left while you're still trading.

The firm's dashboard reports a breach after the breach.

By then there is nothing to argue with. A trader needs the answer earlier: how much can I lose right now and keep the account. The firm's dashboard doesn't answer it, and neither does a spreadsheet.

trailing drawdown isn't computed the way it looks

How it works here

Your program's rules, read against the open account.

A catalogue by phase

Over 130 programs from some thirty firms. Each program keeps challenge and funded rules apart: limits, drawdown type, target, minimum days, consistency rule.

Drawdown the firm's way

Intraday trailing follows the open high, end-of-day trailing moves only at the close, a static wall stays put. A session one account survives ends another, so the engine computes the three methods separately.

A verdict per account

Clear, careful or stop. Next to it is the amount: how much you can lose today and how much in total.

A live guard on every account

The guard reads the open account and shows the room to the daily and overall limits. For rules measured in seconds, such as a minimum hold, it shows the seconds left before you may enter.

  • Intraday trailing, end-of-day trailing and a static wall, each on its own
  • The wall freezes at the starting balance where the firm does that
  • Trailing from closed trades is marked approximate
  • The account curator says what today puts at risk
The live guard: how much you can still lose today and in total

Challenge and funded side by side

Rules often change once you pass: the daily limit tightens, a consistency rule appears, the target goes away. The comparison table sits on the firm page, the program card and the account, with the differences highlighted.

  • Limits, target, days, consistency and payouts by phase
  • Phase differences highlighted, matches muted
  • A strictness profile: where the firm is softer or harder than the rest
  • A firm agent answers questions about its rules
A program: challenge and funded rules in one table

A catalogue that gets checked

Once a week a robot reads the firms' pages and compares them with the catalogue. Each decision goes to the news feed: what was fixed, on which quote, and what was left alone and why.

  • A check date on every program
  • An unclear rule is marked unclear, not guessed for the firm
  • A running challenge's rules don't change after the fact
  • Program picks based on your trade history

Every account on one bar

The wall on the left, the target on the right, a dot for where you are. Five challenges of different sizes won't compare in your head; on one scale you see them at once.

  • The daily wall as its own tick
  • The starting balance splits the bar into lost and earned
  • Money apart: fees, resets, payouts and the firm's share
  • History is pulled into the journal before the firm deletes the account

Where it differs

One competitor had prop-firm sync and live monitoring first, and covers more platforms. We go deeper on the rules: phase, drawdown type and exceptions are recorded per program, not as one rule per firm. Money is counted separately: fees, resets and the firm's share of payouts.

Check it yourself

The demo on the home page runs the same code as real accounts: $10,000, a 5% trailing limit and a profitable session that still closes under the line.

The order

From an empty screen to the first review

Pick a program

Filter by market, size, rules and country. The card shows how the rules fit your history.

Link it to an account

The program links to a journal account. The guard reads its real trades, so it never disagrees with the journal.

Look before the trade

Open the account before entry: today's room, total room and the verdict.

What it does not do

What this module does not do

  • It has no link to the firm. The catalogue is built from the firm's published terms, and we check it against the firm's site once a week.
  • It can't stop an order at the broker. It warns you and can pause a copier link; you do the trading.
  • If the platform doesn't connect directly, the check is as fresh as the last import.

Questions

The things that stand in the way

Are you affiliated with prop firms?

No. We read their public terms and record the check date. Places in the catalogue and its order aren't for sale.

The firm changed its rules. What then?

The weekly check finds the difference and posts it to the news. A running challenge keeps the rules you bought it under, and the account shows a note that the catalogue was updated.

Why doesn't the drawdown match the firm's dashboard?

Usually it's intraday trailing: the firm moves the wall on open highs, while the journal holds closed trades. That case is marked approximate, because the room shown is overstated.

I failed the challenge. Will the data disappear?

No. The firm may delete its dashboard, and your records stay in your account. Before that happens, the account page reminds you to pull anything that exists only at the firm.

Can you break a rule on my behalf?

No. Prop guard sends nothing to the broker. It reads the history and does the maths; you place the orders.

Count before the firm decides

After it decides there's nothing left to count. Today's room is useful while the trade isn't open yet.
